UKVets.org is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the support of the mental health of the UK veterinary profession.
You (vets and RVNs) trust us with your personal data which we aggregrate and make available to veterinary suppliers within very tight terms and conditions. We return all profits back into supporting veterinary mental health through existing charities and our own activities.
What do we want to acheive?
By the end of 2025, to have trained a mental health first aider in every veterinary practice in the UK.
Actively support existing charities such as Vetlife, VBS and WellVet to extend and protect their activities
Deliver our own activities designed to improve the welfare and conditions of vets and RVNs in the UK
How will we do this?
UKVets.org compiles and actively maintains a database of practising UK veterinary professionals and their places of work which it provides to third parties on a subscription basis. It operates on a not-for-profit basis with fiscal suplus invested into trust to support veterinary mental health and associated charities.
What can you do?
The value of the database and the subscriptions we can earn and therefore the good that we can collectively acheive is dependent on a majority of practices, vets and RVNs signing up.
